Baby massage
The gentle Indian baby massage satisfies the baby's basic need for tender touch, warmth and safety. In addition, regular loving attention and skin and eye contact positively supports the bond between parent and child. The massage has become a beloved ritual for many families, which can promote breastfeeding and better sleep, soothe colicky and teething babies and helps to establish a calming routine.

In my baby massage courses, you can spend a precious and mindful time with your child and get to know other international families at the same time. Step by step, we are going to learn the techniques of the Ayurvedic Indian baby massage (also called Leboyer massage) and elements of the butterfly massage by Eva Reich, so that you can gradually learn to massage your child's entire body.
I am going to introduce you to organic massage oils suitable for young babies and provide you with a handout so you can repeat the massage at home.
Singing lullabies and finger rhymes are also part of the course program, as well as the opportunity to talk about topics like baby's sleep, introducing solids, babywearing etc.

You can also book individual sessions at home or online or ask me to teach you the Indian babymassage during a postpartum booking.
